R. Bruce Northcutt

R. Bruce Northcutt joined the Ball Ventures Board as an Independent Director in February 2023. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Westlake Corporation and recently served on the Dean’s Engineering Council and Petroleum Industry Advisory Board at Texas Tech University.

Bruce was a partner of Navitas Midstream Partners, LLC from 2013 and the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of its manager, Navitas Midstream Management, LLC, from 2014 until its acquisition by Enterprise Products Partners L.P. in 2022.

He also previously served as the President, CEO and a director of Copano Energy, LLC until its acquisition by Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. and as the President of El Paso Global Networks Company, among other positions in the oil and gas industry.

Bruce received a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a Registered Professional Engineer (inactive) in Texas. He was named Ernst & Young’s Gulf Coast Area “Entrepreneur of the Year” for Midstream Services in 2013.
