Mike Lafitte

  • Mike Lafitte began serving as an Independent Director of the Ball Ventures Board in February 2023. He also serves on several boards in Dallas, including the Crow Holdings Development Advisory Board, the Dallas Country Club Board of Governors, and the Boards for East-West Ministries, Behind Every Door and the W.A. Criswell Foundation.

  • Mike currently serves as Managing Partner of Maplewood Ventures LLC, a private investment platform. He served CBRE and Trammell Crow Company for over 25 years and held many leadership positions across all three segments of the firm, including as CEO of Trammell Crow Company, CEO of CBRE’s Real Estate Investments segment, CEO of CBRE’s Advisory Services segment, Global Chief Operating Officer, President of the Americas Advisory Business and other leadership positions.

  • Earlier in his career, Mike worked in commercial real estate for PREMISYS Real Estate Services (an affiliate of Prudential Life Insurance Company), Bear Stearns and Lincoln Property Company.

  • Mike received a BBA from University of Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas.
