Kimberly Lody

Kimberly Lody joined the Ball Ventures Board as an Independent Director in February 2023. She has also served as non-executive Director of Convatec Group, a $2 billion medical products and technologies company, since 2022 and as a non-executive director of Mozarc Medical, a privately held dialysis and renal care company held by Medtronic and Davita, since 2023.

Kimberly’s career spans more than 30 years in health care and includes C-Suite leadership positions in medical technology, multi-site healthcare products and services, complex regulatory and payor environments, and real estate.

Prior to pursuing full-time board work, Kimberly served as President and CEO of Sonida Senior Living. She also previously served as President of GN Hearing North America, a subsidiary of GN Store Nord, and President of US Chronic Care at Coloplast, among other leadership roles in the healthcare sector.

Kimberly received a BA in Business with a minor in Political Science from Hiram College and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Wake Forest University. She is the recipient of several awards, including a Medal of Honor from Denmark for economic development with the United States. In 2019, she received the Texas Trailblazer award for creating positive change in the Dallas, TX community.
