Jacque Millard

She is a nationally recognized investment executive with more than 30 years’ experience impacting healthcare through increased investment returns, collaboration and leadership. Jacque is the former Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for Intermountain Healthcare, retiring in 2021 after outperforming benchmarks over her entire tenure of nearly 29 years.

Jacque is the current Board Chair for FJI and Independent Board member and audit committee chair for public company PACS.  She is also a former Board Chair for Youthlinc, a small nonprofit helping youth provide international service, and has served on multiple endowment and foundation boards or investment committees, including Advent Health, Virginia Piper Trust, Westminster College, and Deseret Mutual Benefit Association. She is an active member of the CFA Institute and National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and has completed the Director Professionalism certification.

Jacque received a BS in Finance from Weber State University and an MBA from Westminster College.  She has received awards for innovative investment ideas and has been recognized for her early work in impact investing.
