Cortney Liddiard Announces Decision to Step Down as CEO of Ball Ventures
Liddiard to remain with Ball Ventures through the transition
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho, March 15, 2024 – Ball Ventures, LLC announced that after a distinguished 22-year career at Ball Ventures, Cortney Liddiard has decided to step down from his role as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”). Liddiard will work closely with the Ball Ventures leadership team and the Ball Ventures Board of Directors (the “Board”) through the transition to new leadership.
“Cortney has been instrumental in founding and building Ball Ventures into what it is today,” said Allen Ball, Founder of Ball Ventures. “He has established BV as a leader in commercial real estate development and investing and is responsible for diversifying the portfolio into high growth areas such as operating company ownership, hospitality and healthcare. His passion for building strong partnerships and developing our people has allowed us to make a positive impact in the communities where we do business and has been critical to our success. I am grateful for his continued partnership, sincerely appreciate all that we have built, and thank my friend for all the years of dedication.”
