305-unit Multi-family Mix-Use Development Underway in Murray, UT

Ball Ventures and Bishop Invest, LLC held a groundbreaking ceremony in Murray, Utah on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 for the Current Apartments, a new five story 305-unit urban-style mid-rise multi-family apartment and mixed-use community located at 4994 S. Commerce Drive (300 West). The Current Apartments will provide Class A living to a significant, growing concentration of professional employees in the area, including the Intermountain Medical Center.

Residents will awake to breathtaking views of the Salt Lake Valley and then readily walk, bike, or drive to their jobs in the area. Within a few minutes, residents can walk to the Murray Central Station and have commuter rail access to anywhere along the Wasatch Front from Provo to Ogden via UTA FrontRunner, or UTA TRAX light rail (red and blue lines) and UTA Bus-Rapid Transit routes to other locations throughout the valley.  The I-15 freeway interchange is three minutes away. The companies developing the Current Apartments are Idaho-based Ball Ventures and Utah-based Bishop Invest, LLC. The Current Apartments project marks the first joint venture between these two experienced real estate development companies.
