305-unit Multi-family Mix-Use Development Underway in Murray, UT
Ball Ventures and Bishop Invest, LLC held a groundbreaking ceremony in Murray, Utah on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 for the Current Apartments, a new five story 305-unit urban-style mid-rise multi-family apartment and mixed-use community located at 4994 S. Commerce Drive (300 West). The Current Apartments will provide Class A living to a significant, growing concentration of professional employees in the area, including the Intermountain Medical Center.
Residents will awake to breathtaking views of the Salt Lake Valley and then readily walk, bike, or drive to their jobs in the area.
